JOB TITLE: Programme Associate (Resilience Operations Support)

DUTY STATION (City, Country): Aden, Yemen
DURATION: 12 months
In line with the job profile for Programme Associate G6, the position provides specialized programme support, technical analysis and operational coordination across resilience activities. The incumbent exercises initiative and judgment in supporting programme systems, business processes, financial monitoring, partner management and accountability mechanisms, ensuring accurate information management and compliance with WFP procedures. The position serves as a key focal point linking programme, finance, CBT, monitoring and cooperating partner management processes.
To provide specialized operational, financial and systems support for resilience activities, ensuring effective programme information management, partner administration, beneficiary data integrity, accountability mechanisms, compliance monitoring and efficient use of corporate systems in support of high-quality programme delivery.
Completion of secondary education.
Post-secondary certificate, diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Management, Data Management, Project Management, Development Studies or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience, composed of a minimum of 4 years in the field of the position and 2 years in any other field but preferably in the field of the position or related.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
