Finance controller

solution25 is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making, financial planning, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including procurement and investment coordination
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide insights and reports to support management decisions
• Develop and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Support audits and oversee financial aspects of projects, including budget and timeline reviews with project managers
• Provide financial guidance to management and collaborate across departments on cost control and planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage
