Hr shared services specialist

Job Description:

Provide accurate and timely HR operational support to assigned countries. Review and process employee data requests in line with approved procedures and service timelines, while maintaining high standards of data quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process HR requests from supported countries accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Create employee records for new hires.
• Update employee termination requests.
• Update employee data changes.
• Report delays, data errors, issues, or urgent cases to manager.
• Support tracking data and prepare service reports.
• Follow company policies.
• Perform other tasks relating to HR shared services assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

• College degree in Business Administration, English, Economics, IT, or a related major.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
• Careful and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to follow work instructions.
• Able to organize daily tasks and complete work on time.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work.
