About the Role

The Data Analyst is a key contributor to DKSH's Tender function, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of tender data to support informed business decisions. This role plays a vital part in optimizing data quality and enabling competitive tendering outcomes across the organization.

What You Will Deliver

• Standardize, review, and ensure the accuracy of tender invitation and award data to support reliable business analysis
• Identify and resolve data entry errors, and develop keyword libraries to address recurring input issues and improve data extraction precision
• Collect, process, and update tendering data in a timely manner to meet requirements from internal stakeholders and the Analytics and Intelligence Solutions (AIS) team
• Classify and standardize data according to key criteria including Molecule, Product Name, Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) classification, and Manufacturer
• Consolidate and validate data accuracy prior to internal and external distribution
• Verify consistency between tender invitation quantities and awarded quantities to strengthen the accuracy of competitive tender submissions
• Build and maintain tracking systems using Structured Query Language (SQL) to monitor data update progress and manage processing request statuses
• Automate data processing workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency, including monthly updates to master data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data verification and standardization methods
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Economics, Pharmacy, Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 1 year of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Data Operations, Master Data management, or an equivalent data processing role is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong logical thinking with a meticulous approach and keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage and process large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop
