The Workplace Enablement Lead is responsible for driving the strategy, adoption, governance, and value realization of enterprise workplace technologies across a global organization. This role leads digital workplace transformation initiatives that help employees work more effectively through modern collaboration, communication, productivity, and AI-powered solutions.
The position serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, communications, training, security, and executive leadership to successfully deploy and scale workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, M365 Copilot, collaboration platforms, and employee experience solutions.
The expected compensation range for this position is between $123500 - $206750. Location confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
