We are seeking reliable, caring, and dependable individuals to provide in-home support to seniors and adults in Worcester and surrounding communities.

As a caregiver, you will make a meaningful difference by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation, as needed
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily routines
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home health aide, CNA, or personal care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
