Shift: Back End Days 6am – 6pm (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, alternate Wednesday)
You will fabricate some of the world’s most advanced optical components used in the most advanced semiconductor photolithography machines. Through your attention to detail, results orientation, and commitment to task, you will produce high precision quality optics per production schedule. You will maintain the safety and workplace organization of your processing area. You will value adherence to standards while applying your experience and perspective to contribute to continuous improvement in our processing methods. You will enjoy success generated through your individual desire to learn and through teamwork with your colleagues. We are looking for individuals like you to work in one of our processing competencies.
Back End Days 6am – 6pm (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, alternate Wednesday) “Must be willing to work a compressed work week schedule- twelve-hour long shift and rotating from three to four days a week.”
Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus. May require travel dependent on business needs. Must be willing to work in a clean room environment. This includes full gowning (full body coveralls, hood, CR safety shoes, face mask, nitrile gloves and safety glasses. Working under ISO 9000/14000 standards). The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must be comfortable working around lasers, working with ladders, working on platforms, and working around chemicals. Must be able to work in a moderate to high noise level environment in a temperature-controlled environment Must be comfortable operating/working around overhead cranes, fork trucks and motorized pallet movers. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts, solvents and tooling. There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents. You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently: $0-0 Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
