Build the next chapter of your leadership career
Are you an experienced wholesale distribution leader ready for greater responsibility, more autonomy, and a direct connection between your performance and financial success?
Perhaps you have successfully led teams, managed operations, and grown customer relationships—but your current position offers limited room to advance. At Hajoca, this opportunity provides a structured path toward leading a wholesale distribution business with responsibility for its people, sales, operations, profitability, and growth.
This is a management-track opportunity for an experienced professional—not an entry-level training program.
Before being appointed to the manager position, the selected candidate will complete a structured training and transition period lasting approximately 6 to 24 months, depending on prior experience and demonstrated readiness. During this period, you will learn Hajoca’s business model, systems, products, customers, and approach to leadership while gaining hands-on experience across sales and branch operations.
Hajoca Corporation is one of the country’s largest privately held wholesale distributors of plumbing, heating and cooling, and industrial supplies. Founded in 1858, Hajoca operates according to the principles of Service, Integrity, and Reliability and builds lasting relationships with teammates, customers, and suppliers.
Although Hajoca is a large company, we operate in a decentralized environment. Each location—called a Profit Center—is managed like an independent local business. A typical location includes a warehouse, sales counter, sales office, and, in some markets, a showroom.
Our managers are responsible for leading their teams, serving their local markets, building customer relationships, and delivering sustainable financial results. This combination of local autonomy and support from an established organization gives experienced leaders the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
You will:
College degree or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of sales and service experience
1+ year of leadership experience
Product knowledge related to the specific Profit Center market preferred
