Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during weekend shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
