Your dedication makes a difference, and we believe your compensation should reflect the important work you do! The additional $12.00 premium applies to qualifying weekend hours and is subject to facility policy.

Work every Saturday and Sunday. Two 12-hour weekend shifts. 24 scheduled hours per week. Enjoy your weekdays off! Earn $41.00–$47.00 per qualifying weekend hour.

FULL-TIME WEEKEND PREMIUM LPN

Saturday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Sunday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

PLUS one additional 8-hour shift Monday–Friday. Work every Saturday and Sunday. One additional weekday shift. 32 scheduled hours per week. Enjoy a consistent schedule with four days off each week! Earn $41.00–$47.00 per qualifying weekend hour. Earn the applicable weekday rate for your additional 8-hour shift.

As a Weekend Premium LPN, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, quality nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes appropriately.
• Providing direct nursing care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Supporting CNAs and fellow nursing team members.
• Communicating with residents and families with kindness and professionalism.
• Following facility policies, nursing standards, and infection prevention procedures.
• Helping create a positive, supportive environment for residents and coworkers.
