  • Lead games and activities while keeping kids engaged and having fun.
  • Help events stay organized, on schedule, and safe.
  • Proactively assist parents, athletes, and teammates throughout events.
  • Break down equipment, clean event spaces, and help reset the facility after each event.
  • Support events at other Sunrays locations when needed for additional hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must be available to work most Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Naturally energetic, positive, and enthusiastic.
  • Comfortable communicating with children, families, and team members.
  • Proactive and willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
  • Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the day.
  • Able to lift 30–40 pounds during setup and teardown.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Families are greeted with a warm welcome and lots of energy.
  • Kids are engaged, having fun, and leaving with big smiles.
  • Events feel organized, safe, and seamless from beginning to end.
  • You notice what needs to be done and jump in without waiting to be asked.
  • Your teammates know they can count on you.
  • You help create the kind of experience that makes families excited to come back to Sunrays!
