At Right at Home of Salt Lake, we are dedicated to helping seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our caregivers play a vital role in providing compassionate support and meaningful care that makes a difference every day.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one-on-one care that enhances the quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities may include companionship, assistance with personal care and hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or community activities, medication reminders, and other activities of daily living. This role is ideal for compassionate and dependable individuals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working weekend shifts.

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care
• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
