Join Travero as a Customer Service Associate and play a key role in warehouse operations by serving as the primary point of contact for drivers and customers. You'll coordinate shipping and receiving appointments, manage inventory and orders, create invoices, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary

Responsible for customer account activities that include coordinating and scheduling shipping and receiving appointments, inventory management, carrier and customer communications, and other related support activities.

What you will do

• Ownership of assigned accounts for warehouse and production customers including scheduling, inventory, carrier interaction and warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) updates.
• Provide prompt carrier and customer communications regarding account activities.
• Provide support for customer information requests, business development opportunities, and value-add warehouse or production projects.
• Update the warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, processing and distributing information.

Education Requirements

Associate Degree Emphasis in administrative support or related area Preferred

Required Experience

3 years of customer service experience

Preferred Experience

Previous experience working in a WMS software platform

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective planning and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
• Demonstrated ability to use computer software programs (e.g., e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range: $23-$30/hour. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
