$21.75 Hourly. Shifts will include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Purpose or Objective(s):
The VIP Services Supervisor is responsible for the daily guidance of the VIP Representatives to ensure extraordinary guest services to our hosted and non-hosted casino guests and approves designated documents and transactions in the Directors absence. You will report to the VIP Shift Manager.
Primary Tasks:
- You will hire, schedule and staff the VIP Desk to ensure maximum coverage during peak business hours.
- Develop and maintains relationships with mid to high-range players to encourage repeat patronage and loyalty to the location.
- Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by arranging for rooms, assisting with reservations, and other comps.
- Resolve any guest problems or inconveniences.
- You will work with hotel management to achieve a maximum yield of hotel rooms.
- Work with the Special Events Manager to assist with VIP Events, Concerts and other special VIP events on and off site.
- Coordinate with the Executive host staff to assist their guests when needed.
- Work the VIP desk to provide proper coverage, cover PTO days, sick days and to accommodate guest service levels.
- Maintain attendance records, personnel files and performance reviews of all VIP Representatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment and be posed and efficient.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
- One year experience in a customer service leadership role with knowledge of Casino & Hotel Management Systems
- Two years’ Casino Guest Service experience and Hotel Guest Service experience.
