The Village of Northbrook is seeking an accomplished, collaborative local-government executive to serve as its next Village Manager. This is an opportunity to build on a high-performing organization while guiding Northbrook through a consequential period of redevelopment, major capital investment, workforce transition, and heightened community engagement. The Manager will be expected to balance long-range vision with disciplined execution, provide steady leadership to an experienced executive team, and serve as a trusted professional advisor to the Village Board.
