Position Summary

The Manager, Technology Operations leads the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple complex technology projects aligned with strategic objectives. What you'll do

• Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple technology projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Assess resource requirements and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, leading cross-functional meetings to address issues and maintain program health.
• Manage budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring expenditures align with forecasts through effective governance.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations and fostering consensus.
• Oversee technology-related process updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities to team members, promoting accountability and performance excellence.

What you'll bring

• Proven expertise in program management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.
• Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Effective stakeholder communication abilities, capable of building consensus and influencing through clear, data-driven presentations.
• Solid understanding of organizational strategy and business operations, including KPIs and profitability drivers.

Salary

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
