New leadership. Fresh energy. A team that sees you.

Highland Hills Post Acute is a 200-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 1105 Perry Highway in Pittsburgh's North Hills. We're entering an exciting new chapter. Here's what you can expect:

  • A laid-back, welcoming vibe. No need to be someone you're not. We value professionalism, but you'll never have to fake it here.
  • A strong census, backed by a dedicated marketing team, so your hours are steady and reliable.
  • A long-tenured, knowledgeable HR team who will make onboarding smooth and answer your questions along the way.
  • Leaders who are invested in you, and who want to hear your ideas.

What We Offer

  • $95,000- $99,000 annually
  • PTO for your birthday
  • Employee engagement activities and recognition
  • Nursing school tuition & loan repayment program
  • Multiple healthcare plans to fit your budget

  • HSA & FSA available
  • 401(k) with company match
  • PRN opportunities across 8 facilities in our regional network

Your Day-to-Day

You'll oversee daily clinical operations, patient care quality, and nursing staff within your assigned unit. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.

What You'll Need

  • Ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience with PCC preferred
  • Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population
  • Leadership experience

Grow With Us

Dreaming of nursing school or a specialty? Tell us about it! We value helping our staff grow, and our nursing school loan repayment program is one way we back that up. Bring up your goals in your interview.

Once you're onboarded, you can also pick up PRN shifts at any of our 8 regional facilities. Let us know at your interview if you're interested.
