Christie Clinic's department of OB/GYN is seeking a PRN (as needed) Ultrasonographer between the hours of Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm at the University clinic, with no night or weekend requirements. Duties include the performance of a wide range of ultrasound procedures in order to produce results for providers in the diagnosis of diseases.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound program with RDMS (OB/GYN) or registry eligible for RDMS (OB/GYN)
• Demonstrate clinical experience performing Obstetrical and Gynecological Sonography

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous OB/GYN Ultrasound experience

Certificate/License:

• RDMS (OB/GYN) within 6 months of employment
• CPR Certification
• Nuchal Translucency Certification preferred: must actively pursue Nuchal Translucency Certification by 3 months of employment and attain within 12 months of employment

Typical Physical Demands:

Demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, stretching and lifting up to 25 pounds. Hearing within, or correctable to, normal range, vision correctable to 20/20 and manual dexterity for the operation of office equipment is required.

Typical Working Conditions:

Work is performed in an outpatient environment. Patient loads are high and the work is fast paced. Employees must be willing to work flexible hours.

Pay and Benefits:

The estimated pay range for this position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related criteria. We also offer vacation pay as well as a 401k plan.
