TREATMENT NURSE (RN/LVN)

Pay: $42–$45 per hour

Baywood Post-Acute is looking for a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse with experience in wound care to join our team! We welcome both RNs and LVNs who are passionate about providing quality resident care and supporting positive health outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor wound healing and identify signs of infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and residents' progress.
• Follow infection control protocols and wound care standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to provide effective resident care.
• Monitor skin integrity and help prevent pressure injuries.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current and valid California RN or LVN license.
• Previous experience as a Treatment Nurse or Wound Care Nurse preferred.
• Hands-on experience with wound care, dressing changes, and skin integrity management.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus.
