Job Description
Stillwater Post-Acute, located in El Cajon, is a premier post-acute care facility with 256 beds, dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care that promotes recovery and enhances residents' quality of life. We offer a wide range of tailored services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and comprehensive therapy options such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
About the Position:
As a Treatment Nurse at Stillwater Post-Acute, you will provide compassionate care to our residents by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Working under the supervision of registered nurses, you'll collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
Pay: $42 - $45 (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Fulltime

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current LVN license in California.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Treatment Nurse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the physician or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Perform wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and bandaging as needed.
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation of treatment plans.
