The Treasury Management and Card Sales Officer (TMCSO) is focused on growing UMB’s Treasury Management and Card Solutions through the selling and maintenance of accounts, treasury management services, and Commercial Card solution sets. The TMCSO collaborates with internal partners to streamline communication and advisement on their clients' deposits, treasury management, risk, and other company payment needs. You will work to identify ways to improve the client experience and enhance UMB’s brand in the marketplace.
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with commercial clients to understand their business, optimize Treasury flow, and minimize financial and reputational risk. Offering the Unparalleled Customer Experience UMB is known for, through client-centric solutions, the TMCSO will influence strategy to meet clients' needs while using sound judgment in assessing risk. While this position works independently, the Treasury Management Team fosters a spirit of teamwork and cooperation across all value streams.
