This is responsible administrative work in the planning and management of a comprehensive employee training and development program for the employing jurisdiction.

Jurisdiction Starting Salary

Mobile County Health Department $55,772 - $75,008

Requirements

Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in education, public administration, human resource management or related field, preferably a master's degree, and a minimum of five years' responsible managerial or administrative experience in instructional training and development; or a combination of training and experience equivalent to these requirements.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
