Ready to pass the torch? Turn your field expertise into our competitive advantage.

You know our equipment inside and out. You’ve troubleshot the complex issues, managed the tough installs, and kept our customers running. Now, we need that expertise in the classroom.

We are looking for a seasoned internal candidate to join our Training & Development team. In this role, you will help design and facilitate our Service Schools, ensuring our technicians and customers receive the highest quality instruction on our compressors and systems.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Facilitating training sessions (hands-on simulations, instruction, and team exercises).
  • Collaborating with the team to design instructor guides, online learning modules, and technical handouts.
  • Coordinating classes and verifying attendance.
  • Traveling as needed for off-site schools.

What you bring to the table:

  • Deep experience servicing our industrial equipment is the most critical requirement.
  • You can explain complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
  • A willingness to learn instructional design principles (we will help you get there!).
  • Ability to report daily to Fredericksburg office (this is a collaborative, on-site role).

This is a salary position, with an annual range of $60,000-$70,000, to commensurate with experience. We offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a roof top cafe, an on-site exercise facility, free exercise classes and a health and wellness program.
