Position Overview

The Test/Integration Engineer is part of a team that tests software and hardware baselines as well as integrating systems together.

Responsibilities

• Supports the design and creation of software test cases, scenarios, and procedures that incorporates the use of a variety of software applications and tools.
• Performs configuration item and system level tests and supports verification/validation testing as required.
• Develops test plans and test reports for all levels of testing performed.
• Works closely with the customer, development staff and systems engineers to thoroughly understand the system requirements and software and hardware implementation.
• Understands the AGILE method of software development and can work in an AGILE environment.

Required Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, systems or software engineering from an accredited college or university. May substitute relevant military or work experience in lieu of degree. Two (2) years' experience in a Test Engineer position testing new software baselines, as well as supporting installation of software and hardware at remote sites. Skills related to Selenium, Playwright, Postman, REST APIs, SQL, Git, Jira.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

OneSAF experience, JCATS, WARSIM, HITS, RVCT, MCS systems, LVC-IA, AVCATT, CCTT, BCS, Red Hat LINUX, Windows, VMWare. Experience with AI-Assisted test automation, test design, and applications.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

Able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Physical Demands

May be required to lift boxes that weigh up to 25 pounds individually and heavier boxes as part of a team lift. May be required to upload and download equipment onto and from a pallet. May be required to set up demonstration equipment.
