The AI Enablement Director – AI Enablememnt requires a leader who brings the right blend of enterprise transformation leadership, technology expertise, and governance discipline to accelerate AI and data adoption at scale. The role calls for deep experience across technology delivery, data governance, privacy, regulatory engagement, risk management, and AI oversight, with the ability to work across business, technology, legal, compliance, and risk functions to translate complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions. Success requires a leader who can redesign processes, influence senior stakeholders, establish effective controls, and drive measurable outcomes in a highly regulated financial-services environment.
Equally important is a demonstrated ability to build and scale enterprise capabilities rather than simply manage existing processes. Relevant experience includes establishing new delivery models and automation capabilities from the ground up, developing business cases and reliable estimates, demonstrating value after implementation, and gaining support across business, testing, technology, security, data management, and governance organizations. Experience building automation and test-data capabilities, developing robust regression and production-validation approaches, and using technology to enable more comprehensive testing, earlier identification of issues, and fewer production incidents illustrates the type of disciplined transformation and execution this position requires.
The role manages and directs the execution of AI and data strategies, overseeing the development and deployment of AI models, data products, architectures, and capabilities to enhance business processes and system performance. The leader drives cross-team collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement; enforces governance and risk standards; manages multiple teams; and influences senior business and technology decisions by applying AI, analytics, and data to solve complex, real-world business challenges.
This leader partners closely with senior Finance, Risk, and Regulatory business leaders to define and execute the enterprise data strategy supporting critical reporting and decision-making capabilities. The position leads large-scale, complex data and transformation initiatives that enable Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting functions through modern data platforms, scalable data products, AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and robust governance frameworks.
The individual is accountable for establishing the strategic vision, architecture, and operating model for delivering trusted, high-quality data and data products that meet evolving business, regulatory, and reporting requirements. Working across business and technology organizations, this leader drives the end-to-end delivery of solutions, from identifying high-value opportunities and developing the business case through architecture, implementation, controls, adoption, and measurement of business outcomes.
The role requires strong executive engagement and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, establish strategic priorities, and lead cross-functional teams through complex transformation. The leader must be equally comfortable creating new capabilities, navigating enterprise governance and risk requirements, and driving execution through implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise and regulatory expectations.
