This role will be responsible for end-to-end program management across Customer Engagement, MarTech, data, measurement, and enterprise transformation workstreams. The Associate Director will help operationalize workstreams for a new data & marketing platform, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, and ensure programs are delivered on time, and with clear executive visibility. This person will serve as a senior program lead who can translate complex business, technology, data, and measurement requirements into actionable roadmaps, status reporting, governance routines, and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior program lead with ownership of large-scale, complex, cross-channel digital and marketing technology programs.
  • Coordinate work across client stakeholders, Publicis Groupe teams and cross-discipline teams such as analytics, data engineering, CRM, media, audience strategy, etc.
  • Shape and maintain program roadmaps that clearly define scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and cross-functional ownership across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead training and enablement efforts, including curriculum planning, speaker coordination, documentation creation.
  • Coordinate measurement strategy workstreams, including status reviews, executive presentation preparation.
  • Manage data needs and integration governance.
  • Develop clear executive-facing communications, including weekly hot sheets, project updates, meeting notes, next steps, presentation materials, and design-resource coordination.
  • Assess team dynamics, communication gaps, scope risks, and delivery blockers, then drive corrective actions, escalation paths, and risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Lead large-group working sessions and stakeholder meetings to drive decisions, resolve ambiguity, and maintain alignment across complex internal, client, and partner teams.
  • Manage scope, staffing, estimates, financial health, and delivery expectations to support sold-margin targets and identify solutions when scope or margin changes arise.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within a digital, marketing, consulting, or agency environment with direct client-facing responsibilities.
  • Strong background in MarTech, customer engagement, data-driven marketing, CRM, paid media, measurement, and cross-channel digital program delivery.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs, platform operationalization, or large-scale marketing technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders and evolving requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams independently, prioritize competing needs, and maintain forward momentum across complex programs.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear updates, decision materials, status reports, and presentations for senior leaders.
  • Proven experience partnering with marketing, strategy, creative, product, analytics, CRM, data engineering, media, technology, and external partner teams.
  • Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to identify dependencies, risks, integration points, and interconnectivity across workstreams.
  • Experience managing ambiguous, first-of-their-kind, or evolving-scope initiatives that require proactive problem solving and structured decision-making.
  • Comfortable leading meetings, documenting next steps, tracking action items, managing follow-ups, and keeping internal, client, and partner teams accountable.
  • Experience developing or supporting process documentation, process mapping, RACI models, training materials, and change management deliverables.
  • Strong project management discipline with familiarity across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Effective leadership, analytical, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and conflict-resolution skills.
