Team Red Dog is hiring a Technical Product Operations Manager for our client, a Fortune 50 technology leader and intelligent cloud innovator. In this role, you'll support the GPU Deployment Hub, a business-critical enterprise application that enables GPU capacity deployment across Azure's cloud infrastructure. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional specifications, coordinate software development and testing, manage production incidents, and support successful feature releases. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of a high-visibility product while contributing to the operational efficiency and scalability of one of the world's largest cloud platforms.
Join a highly collaborative team supporting Azure Supply Chain and the GPU Deployment Hub, a critical enterprise application used by multiple organizations to manage GPU capacity deployment workflows. This position offers broad exposure to cloud infrastructure operations, technical product delivery, business analysis, and enterprise application support. You'll work directly with stakeholders across Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I), engineering, Finance, and other business organizations, gaining valuable experience at the intersection of cloud technology and enterprise operations.
Unlike roles focused on a single phase of product development, this opportunity provides hands-on involvement throughout the software delivery lifecycle—from gathering requirements and defining features to testing, production deployment, and ongoing application support. You'll have meaningful ownership of day-to-day product operations while partnering with the Product Manager on business priorities and continuous improvements.
A highly successful candidate combines strong technical understanding with hands-on experience managing enterprise applications throughout the software development lifecycle. They are comfortable working directly with business users to understand operational challenges, translating those needs into actionable requirements, and partnering with engineering teams to deliver reliable software solutions. Success in this position requires someone who takes initiative, independently manages competing priorities, and consistently follows through on issues and commitments. The ideal professional enjoys solving technical and operational problems, can confidently investigate production incidents, and understands how to coordinate testing, releases, and ongoing application support without losing sight of the broader business objectives. Experience supporting complex enterprise applications in cloud infrastructure or supply chain environments is particularly valuable. Candidates familiar with Azure DevOps, incident management processes, and cross-functional software delivery will be well-positioned to contribute quickly. Above all, this role is suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, communicates proactively, and takes pride in keeping critical applications running smoothly.
