Ideal candidates will have:
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of Human Resources experience preferred. Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, caregiver recruiting, HR, or similar experience strongly preferred. Experience conducting phone screens and in-person interviews preferred. Recruiting for Caring Companions is about more than filling openings. Every caregiver you hire helps Hillcrest provide dependable care and support to someone who wants to remain safe, comfortable, and independent. That means the work you do has a direct impact. You may spend your morning reviewing applications, your afternoon interviewing candidates, and the rest of the day sourcing, following up, coordinating onboarding, and making sure the next great caregiver does not slip through the cracks. If you enjoy people, recruiting, variety, and the challenge of finding great talent, this could be a great fit.
Benefits and insurance options for eligible team members. Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment. Professional development and career-growth opportunities. Dayforce Wallet, allowing you to choose when you get paid. Gym membership reimbursement and partner discounts. Opportunity to build experience across recruiting, interviewing, sourcing, and onboarding. Opportunity to directly influence caregiver staffing and the new-hire experience. Opportunities to grow within Hillcrest Caring Companions and Hillcrest Health & Living.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Must be able to handle challenging or emotional conversations professionally. Must be flexible and calm when priorities or staffing needs change quickly. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, standing, bending, and movement associated with an office environment. Must follow established infection-control, safety, and organizational policies. If you are energetic, organized, and love the challenge of finding great people and giving candidates a great experience, we would love to meet you.
