North Villa Restaurant Group (VRG) is a multi-brand, multi-concept restaurant group specializing in quick-service and full-service restaurants across corporate and franchise operations. We are currently hiring Quick Service Team Members to join our South Philly team at Las Vegas Premium Outlets North.

We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing great customer service.

Full-Time Opportunity — Approximately 40 Hours Per Week

We are especially looking for Cooks and Cashiers, but our Team Members are cross-trained and help with a variety of responsibilities throughout the restaurant. Applicants must be available to work both morning and afternoon shifts.

What You'll Do

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests
• Operate the cash register and handle guest transactions
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Assist with cashier, food preparation, and other restaurant responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Provide an excellent guest experience
