Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is looking for a Per Diem Talent Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team!

📍 Location: Sarasota Memorial Hospital – Sarasota, FL

🕒 Schedule: Flexible, up to 24 hours per week

🏥 Work Arrangement: On-site

What You'll Do:

• ✅ Support new-hire onboarding and I-9 processing
• ✅ Assist with employee badging and onboarding compliance
• ✅ Help coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO)
• ✅ Support recruitment events and HR activities
• ✅ Deliver exceptional customer service to our newest team members

What We're Looking For:

• ✔️ Required: Minimum of one (1) year of recent, related clerical or administrative experience.
• ✔️ Preferred: Experience working in a Human Resources department or employment office within a similarly sized healthcare organization.
• ✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• ✔️ Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
