Our evidence-based, culturally appropriate, trauma informed behavioral health services address the diverse needs of those we serve.
This position will maintain, monitor, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and systems that support daily business operations.
This position participates in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, with each employee assigned to an on-call period of one week approximately every eight weeks. During the assigned on-call week, the employee must remain available and reachable 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and be prepared to respond to and/or troubleshoot critical issues as needed. In addition to the scheduled on-call rotation, employees may occasionally be contacted outside of normal business hours to assist with issues escalated by Help Desk staff. These after-hours contacts may occur on any day and are based on the nature and urgency of the issue. The employee is expected to respond in a timely manner to on-call and after-hours escalations, assess the issue, provide appropriate technical support or troubleshooting, and escalate to additional resources when necessary.

Work may be performed out of office and travel may be needed to outside areas. Blood-borne Pathogen Category III - No predictable exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
$30.42- $37.03. All pay is based on longevity at Frontier Behavioral Health; thus, the STARTING PAY is $30.42 per hour.
