Join us as a Systems Administrator III, where you will manage and maintain server operating systems, hypervisors, processes, storage, and related hardware and software to support the reliability, consistency, compatibility, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security of enterprise IT systems and services. You will work on multiple medium- to high-complexity projects as a project leader or subject matter expert across multiple technical areas and business segments.

You Will:

  • Coordinate with vendors on problem resolution; understand contractual obligations and escalate as required; detect, diagnose, isolate, and correct system faults; and support incident and problem management activities.
  • Support Engineering in defining and reporting availability, capacity, alert, and service-level metrics.
