NOW HIRING: SURGERY MANAGER

Location: Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35660

Pay Rate: $48-$57 per hour

Are you an experienced nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a background in surgical services? We are seeking a qualified Surgery Manager to lead and coordinate surgical department operations while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily surgical department operations, schedules, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff and surgical team members.
• Ensure patient safety, quality care, and compliance with surgical protocols and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES)

• Current Alabama State Board of Nursing license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification, as applicable to the role.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience demonstrating management and leadership skills.
• 2–3 years of surgery experience required.

⚠️ Relocation Requirement: Candidates must be able to relocate to Muscle Shoals, Alabama, within 30 days.
