The Materials Program Manager is responsible for owning and delivering the financial and cost models for custom-designed, groundbreaking devices, including BOM and MVA, tooling, and NRE. This role partners closely with local and remote operations and engineering teams to develop, implement, and manage the program budget and schedule across the full product lifecycle, from new product introduction through end-of-life. Acting as the business voice for the product, this position captures, documents, and communicates financial exposures and outlays, manages key supplier relationships for major modules and final assemblies, and supports weekly executive reviews on performance against budget, cost, and schedule targets.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position in a professional, fast-paced environment focused on new product introduction and ongoing product lifecycle management. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and executive stakeholders, often coordinating with both local and remote teams. The role involves regular use of tools such as Microsoft Excel and SAP, as well as other standard office and collaboration technologies. The environment emphasizes ownership, curiosity, action-oriented decision-making, and building trust across cross-functional teams.
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
