Global Treasury Practice

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our rapidly growing Global Treasury Practice. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in corporate treasury, treasury consulting, financial services treasury, cash management, liquidity management, treasury operations, or finance transformation.

Our Treasury Practice is part of a broader Finance Transformation solution focused on helping organizations modernize the Office of the CFO. Team members work directly with treasury, finance, accounting, and executive stakeholders to address complex treasury challenges, enhance operational effectiveness, improve liquidity management, strengthen governance, and support strategic transformation initiatives.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial consulting environment while leveraging the resources and global reach of a leading professional services firm.

Position Overview

As a Senior Associate / Supervisor within our Treasury Practice, you will work closely with clients to assess treasury operations, identify improvement opportunities, design future-state capabilities, and support treasury transformation initiatives. You will serve as a key contributor on project teams, helping clients improve efficiency, strengthen controls, optimize liquidity, and align treasury operations with strategic business objectives.

This role provides substantial exposure to senior treasury leaders and offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Treasury Advisory

• Support treasury transformation and operational improvement engagements across a variety of industries.
• Analyze current-state treasury processes, organizational structures, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Assist in the development of future-state treasury operating models and process improvements.
• Evaluate treasury performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, visibility, control, and scalability.
• Support treasury assessments, benchmarking studies, and maturity evaluations.
• Develop recommendations related to cash management, liquidity management, forecasting, payments, bank account administration, debt, investments, and risk management activities.
• Assist clients in establishing or enhancing treasury policies, procedures, controls, and governance structures.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Project Delivery

• Prepare analyses, presentations, process maps, and client deliverables.
• Conduct data analysis to support treasury transformation initiatives and business case development.
• Organize project workstreams and assist with project planning and execution activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, tax, FP&A, risk management, and technology stakeholders.
• Support implementation of recommended treasury process improvements and operating model changes.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.

Practice Development

• Contribute to thought leadership, practice development initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Support proposal development, business development activities, and client pursuits.
• Assist in developing methodologies, templates, and treasury advisory assets.
• Mentor analysts and junior team members as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, treasury consulting, corporate finance, banking, financial services treasury, or finance transformation.
• Experience in one or more treasury disciplines including:
• Cash management
• Liquidity management
• Cash forecasting
• Treasury operations
• Payments
• Bank relationship management
• Debt and investment management
• Treasury risk management
• Treasury governance and controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience evaluating business processes and developing operational improvement recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with treasury teams, finance organizations, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate treasury experience within a large multinational organization.
• Treasury consulting or professional services experience.
• Treasury experience within banking, financial institutions, asset management, insurance, fintech, or other financial services organizations.
• Experience supporting treasury assessments, operating model redesign, treasury transformation, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of treasury organizational structures, governance models, and leading practices.
• Understanding of liquidity management, cash forecasting, payments, treasury accounting, investments, funding, and treasury risk management.
• Familiarity with treasury technology capabilities and market solutions, although hands-on system implementation experience is not required.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or progress toward certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
