Supervisor operations/maintenance - jeanes campus

Guides assigned workers by ensuring completion of projects in accordance with trade standards. Provides information on the proper uses of equipment, identifying repair and/or replacement needs and supporting other skilled trades in completing work assignments. Implements and monitors code and non-code required preventive maintenance and maintains records for code manuals.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Trade School in job related area Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Experience

• 2 years experience in a supervisory role Required
• 5 years experience in specialized field Required

Licenses

• Drivers License Required
• Cert Healthcare Facilities Mgr Preferred
• Engineer Cert Grade A Preferred or Licensed Master Plumber Preferred or PA Licensed Electrician Preferred
