We're looking for a Suicide Prevention Transformation Manager to join our team onsite in Colorado Springs. This role is for someone who enjoys asking better questions, exploring new possibilities, and helping communities tackle complex challenges in ways that create lasting change.

Some days you’ll be facilitating a conversation with community partners, government leaders, public health organizations, or other community stakeholders. Other days you might be building a strategy, working on funding opportunities, or helping a group move through a complicated conversation. You will help people see what’s possible, figure out what needs to change, and bring the right people together to make it happen.

What You’ll Do

This role sits at the intersection of community engagement, strategy, facilitation, and systems change.

• Build genuine relationships across organizations, sectors, and communities.
• Create space for different perspectives, elevate lived experience, and help people find common ground around shared goals.
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Help community and partners understand what’s working and identify what needs to happen next.
• Look beyond individual programs and ask bigger questions about the systems, policies, processes, and conditions that influence suicide prevention.
• Help partners identify opportunities for meaningful systems change.
• Develop and lead pilots, new approaches, and collaborative initiatives.
• Use data, feedback, and lessons learned to understand what’s making a difference and where to adjust.
• Help partners strengthen their leadership, advocacy, facilitation, and ability to lead change themselves through learning, technical support, peer connection, and shared problem-solving.
• Translate data and community experiences into stories that connect, educate, inspire action, and communicate impact to community partners, funders, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaborative conversations that bring diverse stakeholders together, build alignment, and move ideas into action.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, community development, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in community engagement, public health, suicide prevention, behavioral health, advocacy, systems change, community development, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex projects involving multiple partners, priorities, and moving pieces.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience bringing people together to create and implement community-centered solutions.
• Experience using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and improve your approach.
• Familiarity with equity frameworks, policy advocacy, and community-led approaches to systems change.
• Experience with grants, funding, budgets, or reporting.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive, trauma-related situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care and harm-reduction approaches.

Salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$95,0000 / annually depending on experience.
