Job Description

Infleqtion is a global quantum technology company solving the world’s most challenging problems. The company harnesses quantum mechanics to build and integrate quantum computers, sensors, and networks. From fundamental physics to leading-edge commercial products, Infleqtion enables "quantum everywhere" through our ecosystem of devices and platforms. Our mission is to commercialize atom-based quantum products that provide orders-of-magnitude improvements in performance and computing applications.

You'll own the full subcontract lifecycle — from RFP through closeout — on government and defense programs. You're fluent in FAR/DFARS, comfortable negotiating with suppliers, and sharp enough to keep procurement files audit-ready while supporting fast-moving program teams.

YOU WILL

Pre-Award

  • Support make/buy decisions and sourcing strategies
  • Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and bid packages
  • Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing, and terms
  • Conduct price and cost analyses
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, SOWs, and terms & conditions
  • Draft and execute subcontracts and purchase agreements

Post-Award

  • Administer subcontract performance and manage changes, modifications, and funding updates
  • Monitor supplier compliance with technical, quality, and schedule requirements
  • Resolve contractual issues and disputes
  • Support program management teams on supplier performance matters
  • Coordinate across engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and legal

Compliance

  • Flow down applicable prime contract requirements to subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and CPSR requirements
  • Maintain procurement files and audit-ready documentation

YOU HAVE:

  • 10+ years of experience in government contracting, aerospace/defense, or procurement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
  • Working knowledge of FAR Parts 12, 15, 16, 31, 44, and 52; DFARS clauses
  • Experience with cost-reimbursement, fixed-price, and T&M contract types
  • Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools — SAP, Costpoint (Deltek), NetSuite, or Oracle a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills across pricing, T&Cs, and change orders
  • Ability to manage dozens of active subcontracts and track deliverables, funding, and compliance deadlines
  • Clear communicator — comfortable with suppliers, program managers, engineers, and government customers alike

BONUS POINTS:

  • NCMA certification (CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM)
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or PMP
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
  • Advanced Excel and proposal evaluation skills
