  • Attend management meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.

Keep Operations Rooted in Excellence

  • Model professionalism, accountability, and the values of Green Acres Nursery & Supply.

What You’ll Bring to the Garden

  • Knowledge of retail operations, sales, inventory, and labor cost management.
  • Plant and horticultural product knowledge, with a willingness to keep learning.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and company email.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work weekends and varied shifts.

The Growing Comes with Getting Your Hands Dirty

  • Stand and walk for extended periods, potentially throughout the entire shift.
  • Bend, lift, push, pull, reach, stretch, squat, and kneel while handling merchandise and assisting customers.
  • Use pallet jacks and other equipment to move products.
