As a Scooters Coffee Store Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Responsibilities

As the Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include overseeing the store's performance, managing team schedules, and fostering a positive, motivated team culture. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service, training team members, and ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for monitoring inventory, meeting sales goals, and implementing company policies to keep the store thriving.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a leader with at least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. Strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering Amazing customer experiences are a must.
