Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician, preferably with retail experience, to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about pharmacy, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited about contributing to a growing, forward-thinking practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Pharmacists in processing and filling prescriptions
• Communicate with patients, insurance reps, and physicians as needed
• Work in our compounding department, specifically with sterile products
• Maintain accurate prescription records and proper labeling
• Follow all safety, regulatory, and cleanliness standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Help manage inventory and ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols

Qualifications:

• Utah-licensed Pharmacy Technician (Required)
• Compounding Experience (Sterile preferred)
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
