Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
• Previous caregiving experience or a similar background preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and understanding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and provide individualized support

Your Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Medication Reminders Help clients maintain their prescribed medication schedules
• Meal Preparation Prepare nutritious meals and encourage proper hydration
• Companionship Offer friendly conversation, emotional support, and assistance with appointments or social outings
• Health Observation Monitor and document changes in client conditions and report concerns to the care team
