Trinity Elms Health & Rehab is seeking compassionate Staff Nurses (LPN/RN) to join our dedicated nursing team.

Position Summary

As a Staff Nurse (LPN/RN), you will provide resident-centered nursing care under the direction of attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. You will collaborate with the nursing team to promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments.
• Maintain medication-room security and ensure proper medication storage.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Perform nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments.
• Support nursing teammates and help foster a respectful, compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN nursing program.
• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Work Environment

Physical exertion that may include pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching. Assisting with repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
