As a Staff Development Instructor, you will help create engaging learning experiences that support the growth, confidence, and success of healthcare professionals and community participants.

This flexible, as-needed position is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge. Working alongside the Staff Development team, you will facilitate training programs, support ongoing learning initiatives, and help ensure participants receive high-quality, consistent instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training programs in accordance with established standards and guidelines
• Create a positive, engaging, and effective learning environment for participants
• Prepare course materials, presentations, and training resources as needed
• Collaborate with the Staff Development team to coordinate training schedules and educational needs
• Ensure course content remains accurate, current, and aligned with program requirements
• Maintain required certifications and credentials for assigned courses
• Support employee education, professional development, and organizational learning goals
• Accurately document training records and participant information
• Serve as a resource and advocate for continuous learning across the organization

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Must have and maintain current BLS, CPR, and First Aid licenses/certifications.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
