As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders, managers, and employees to align people strategies with organizational priorities. You will play a key role in supporting workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, performance management, engagement, retention, and change initiatives that advance PMH’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across the organization.
• Coach and support managers through employee relations, performance management, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Champion PMH’s ASPIRE values through consistent, fair, and values-based HR practices.
• Support change management efforts that strengthen culture, communication, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
• Use data, insight, and best practices to identify workforce trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Partner with HR colleagues to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and support organizational growth.
• Build strong relationships across departments and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• Four to six years progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a complex service environment.
• Experience supporting leaders with employee relations, performance management, change management, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR best practices, and employee engagement strategies.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
