Our Creative Strategy team is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our NYC or LA office. The role requires an understanding of how to engineer the overlap of brands and their target audiences to develop creative strategies that would make sense to your friends in the group chat.
As a Senior Creative Strategist, you'll develop strategies across multiple channels for integrated campaigns that deliver business results for brands. You'll set the foundation for creative campaigns, unlock the right channels to reach the target audience, and inform communications plans.
If you are someone with experience developing creative strategies that come to life through sponsorships, social, experiential, and/or above the line - this role is for you.
Base salary range: $80-90K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
