As the Sr. Commercialization Manager (Customer Marketing), you will play a key role in the team responsible for the commercialization of our portfolio of hot beverage brands. You will support the definition and implementation of multiple processes and practices that allow for the entire portfolio of Keurig coffee brands (Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Peet’s, McCafé, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, and many others) to go to market in an efficient, timely and coherent manner. You will be the commercial lead for two critical channels, Walmart and Target, as well as lead go to market strategy for coffee innovation.
Your goal is to drive success with our shoppers, customers and partners by helping to drive a commercial hot beverage strategy that is coherent across channels and optimized to deliver supply chain efficiencies. Your work will have a wide span of influence and require flexibility in style and approach. There will be collaboration and strategic thinking to execute on commercial priorities and channel strategy. You will also need a strong process orientation to ensure that your detailed plan is fully communicated and flawlessly executed.
You will report to the Director of Coffee Commercialization and will frequently collaborate with multiple partner functions including sales, brand marketing, revenue growth management (RGM), supply chain and partner teams. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.
