Overall Purpose

Support the Manager-Virtual Sales in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve virtual team performance goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Staff and Operational Management: Assist in training, supervising, and scheduling employees. Oversee daily operations including monitoring and observation of performance of Virtual Sales Experts according to established monitoring standards.
• Sales and Customer Service: Support sales performance and customer service through ongoing coaching and training to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Address operational and customer issues promptly, providing support and assistance including but not limited to customer escalations, call observations, technology, systems and tools.
• Store Appearance and Merchandising: Maintain the corporate standard of store appearance and implement merchandising programs as directed to attract customers.
• Compliance and Financial Oversight: Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards and assist with reporting.

Job Contribution

Supports and assists Manager as a SME to drive sales, effective customer support and facilitate operations via coaching and training. Supervisor: No.

Education/Experience

Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.

Salary Range

Our Sr Associate Virtual Sales jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $25,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
