Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll plan, execute, and analyze social media strategies for our clients, helping them grow brand awareness, strengthen their marketing, and drive real traffic to their businesses.

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead client meetings to align on strategy and share progress
• Create and publish customized organic and paid content
• Grow and manage the social presence of a portfolio of 90+ small business clients
• Analyze performance reports and share insights with your CGI teammates
• Stay current on the latest platforms, tools, and social media trends

Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager
• Ability to troubleshoot Facebook and Meta technical issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics and KPIs

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field
• Required: Facebook Blueprint Certification
• 1-2+ years paid social media marketing experience
• 1-2+ years of client experience
• Experience using Sprout Social and Canva

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary Range: $42,000 - $45,000

Eligible for performance based commission and bonuses
