We're not just a padel club, we're a social hub. Across our club locations, high-energy courts, a vibrant member community and our signature bar & café, come together to build a lifestyle around the fastest-growing sport in the world. As we grow, the story we tell online and the experiences we create in person need to work as one. That's where you come in.
The Social & Experiential Marketing Manager owns how PADEL39 shows up, on screen and on court. You'll lead social strategy and execution for our brand account and a growing portfolio of club accounts, and you'll plan and produce the Tier 1 events that bring our community together IRL. This role is the bridge between social, content, events, partnerships and community. Every experience you build should create real-world energy and a steady stream of scalable content, and every post should give people a reason to show up.
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Location: Austin, on-site with regular travel between clubs
Type: Full-time; evening and weekend availability required for events
Build and own the social strategy for the PADEL39 brand account and club specific account, so that each club has its own voice within one brand. Own the social and event content calendars, aligning posts with club programming, event launches, partner commitments and seasonal moments. Execute the calendar with a clear, consistent cadence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms, from feed posts and Reels to Stories and Lives. Recruit, manage and grow our influencer and brand ambassador roster, including briefs, deliverables, content approvals and relationship management. Lead social community management: respond to comments and DMs, spark conversation, and turn followers into players, members and regulars. Report on performance across social content and event activations, turning analytics into clear insights and adjusting strategy based on what the data shows.
Capture social content at events and on-site across all club locations as needed. Brief and direct content creators and photographers with clear shot lists and brand guidelines so every shoot delivers usable, on-brand assets. Edit and post-produce content for social, with a sharp eye for short-form video, trends, pacing and platform best practices. Partner with graphic designers and the creative team to develop more sophisticated creative concepts for social campaigns, event production and promotion. Design every experience with content in mind, so the life of an event extends well beyond the day itself.
Develop and lead the strategy, planning and execution of events: tournaments, brand moments, partner activations, wellness activations, member gatherings and pop-ups; all aligned and to brand and business priorities. Own full event production end to end: concept, run-of-show, timelines, logistics, staffing needs and vendor management. Work hand in hand with hospitality and operations teams to deliver best-in-class, operationally sound events at every club location. Build community-first experiences that give superfans, members, creators and ambassadors meaningful ways to engage with PADEL39 in person. Create scalable playbooks and post-event recaps so great events become repeatable across a growing footprint.
Identify and secure brand partners that fit our community for club and brand events and activations. Translate partnerships into real consumer experiences such as on-site activations, content moments and creator participation, not just logo placement. Support development of partnership proposals and pitch decks, and coordinate deliverables so every partner gets clear value and every activation grows our community. Track and report on partner deliverables and results to build long-term, renewable relationships.
3+ years of experience in social media and/or experiential marketing, ideally within sports, lifestyle, hospitality or consumer brands. A proven record of owning social strategy and execution for multiple accounts, with measurable growth to show for it. Hands-on experience planning and producing events end to end, including vendor management and budgets. Experience managing influencer, creator or brand ambassador programs. Strong content skills: you can shoot and edit short-form video and photos on the fly, and you know how to brief and direct creators and photographers. Fluency with social analytics and reporting tools, and the ability to turn data into decisions. A track record of sourcing and managing brand partnerships or sponsorships. Exceptional organization: you can run multiple calendars, events and stakeholders at once without dropping details. A collaborative, people-first approach: you thrive working alongside hospitality, operations and creative teams. Availability for evenings, weekends and travel between club locations.
Graphic design skills in Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop). Experience launching social and event programs for new locations in a multi-site business. You play padel or know the sport, or you're ready to fall in love with it.
